 긍정적인 평가 

• 의외로 게임하는데 제한되는것이 많음. 정신병자 마냥 천장부터 창문 위치까지 다 꾸미고 싶고 각 맞춰서 천장 등 여러개 달고 싶은데 그런것들이 거의 불가능함. 개인적으로 그리드 기능 만들어 주면 좋겠다. 시뮬레이터인척 하면서 그냥 캐쥬얼한 노가다 게임

• 1.팔아버린 집 다시 사기 2.멀티(온라인) 두 가지 기능만 추가되면 갓갓겜 될 거 같음

• 아무 생각없이 하기 좋은 게임

• 청소하면서 마음이 편안해진다

 부정적인 평가 

• 9시간이나 투자한 집과 그 집을 팔고나서 얻은 수익들이 사라졌습니다. 리셋 됐더군요. 틈틈히 시간내서 투자한 노력들이 한번에 물거품이 되었습니다. 버그망겜.

• 게임성 자체는 괜찮은데 너무 반복하게 만들어서.. 비추드립니다.

• 갑자기 꺼짐 증상이 있습니다ㅠㅠ 저장도 못했는데 너무 속상하네요.

• 의뢰 업데이트 해줄때도 됐잖아.

버전 업데이트되었습니다. 이전에 배포했던 자료는 삭제합니다. 

메모리, 그래픽 최적화 좋지 못해서, 로딩이 조금 걸립니다. 기다리시면 잘 작동합니다. (게임 자체의 문제라고 생각합니다.)

v1.05 업데이트 적용했습니다.

게임 실행은 HouseFlipper.exe 입니다.
