Jotaro and his crew head to Singapore by sea; a Stand with an unknown user attacks Jotaro soon after a stowaway is discovered aboard the ship.
Jotaro’s group comes across a freighter that seems abandoned but for one orangutan. As they search the ship, the ship’s crane suddenly starts to move.
Jotaro’s group arrive at their hotel in Singapore, but Polnareff falls right into a Stand user’s trap when he gets to his room.

Polnareff must fight the Stand user Alessi in his juvenile state with his tiny Stand. When push comes to shove, Polnareff resorts to the unthinkable.
Jotaro and his crew finally arrive in Cairo. They meet a man at a café who claims to know where DIO’s mansion is, but he refuses to talk for free.
Jotaro demonstrates his Stand’s abilities as a warning against cheating before starting a game of poker against Stand user D’Arby.
Hol Horse arrives at the airport in Cairo under orders to kill Jotaro and his crew; inside his suitcase lies his new unwilling partner.
Hol Horse acts according to the prophecy in the book, but he starts to have doubts when Jotaro and the rest of his crew show up at the scene.
Avdol searches for information on DIO’s mansion in Cairo. Meanwhile, Iggy gets confronted by two big, menacing dogs while taking a walk in the city.
Iggy escapes into the river after being seriously wounded in a battle against the falcon Stand user Pet Shop, but Pet Shop shows no sign of giving up.
Jotaro and his crew are greeted at the door of DIO’s mansion by a butler named D’Arby, who claims to be the younger brother of D’Arby the Gambler.
Kakyoin loses his soul in a racing game against D’Arby. Jotaro berates Joseph as he goes up next and selects a game the butler is best at.
While D’Arby finds Jotaro’s pitching announcements strange, he remains confident due to his Stand. Meanwhile, Avdol and the others enter the mansion.
Polnareff and Iggy quickly press forward to destroy DIO, but the vicious vampire Vanilla Ice comes up from behind to take them both out.
The mortally-wounded Iggy musters the last of his strength to save Polnareff. Finally, Polnareff stabs Vanilla Ice in the head.
Polnareff faces DIO at last, but is unable to get close for some unknown reason; he unleashes his Silver Chariot to reveal DIO’s Stand.
Kakyoin sets up barriers in order to unmask the identity of DIO’s Stand. Hierophant Green targets DIO with concentrated fire as he falls for his trap.
DIO uses his Stand’s ability to stop time. Just as he moves in for the kill, he notices that Jotaro’s fingers are moving despite being frozen in time.
DIO stands before Joseph’s bloodless body. An enraged Jotaro confronts the fully healed DIO for a final battle in the world of frozen time.
Jotaro Kujo goes to the town of Morioh to find Josuke Higashikata. He sees someone who turns out to be Josuke vehemently apologizing to some bullies.

In order to keep the town from harm’s way, Jotaro goes on a search to destroy the mysterious bow and arrow that awakened Angelo’s Stand abilities.
Trying to save Koichi, Josuke goes to Okuyasu Nijimura’s house, but gets attacked by his brother, Keicho. Josuke offers the injured Okuyasu a deal.
Josuke and Koichi decide to find and destroy the bow and arrow to prevent more victims. They find it in the attic but hear an eerie sound from within.
Koichi runs over a cat in a bag while riding his bike to school. A man sees it happen and tries to blackmail Koichi into paying for the cat’s burial.
Josuke and Koichi investigate to see if their schoolmate Toshikazu Hazamada is really using a Stand and find a wooden dummy in his locker.
Koichi’s classmate Yukako Yamagishi confesses her love for him. He is overjoyed, but her love is scarily abnormal and eventually goes too far.
Koichi tries to escape but is foiled by Yukako and loses hope. When she goes to a payphone outside the villa, something unexpected happens!
Josuke and Okuyasu go to a new Italian restaurant that is a little strange. Okuyasu thinks the water is delicious but his body has a strange reaction.
Red Hot Chili Pepper, who has killed Keicho and stolen the bow and arrow, appears before Josuke. Jotaro tells Josuke and the other two about a guy.
Following Jotaro’s orders, Josuke and Koichi stay on the docks and watch for Chili Pepper. The Stand’s user appears, confident he can beat them.
As Josuke reluctantly tries to get his father Joseph to head back home, the old man causes all kinds of trouble, then says a Stand user is nearby.
Koichi and Hazamada are excited to visit the home of popular manga artist, Rohan Kishibe. But they soon get spooked out by him.
Rohan says Koichi is inspiring him to create his manga. Just when he is about to turn Koichi into more manga material, someone comes to the door.
Jotaro enlists Josuke to hunt a rat that has Stand powers. At the irrigation canal where the rat was caught on tape, they encounter a bizarre sight.
Koichi and Rohan find something strange in an alley not marked on the town map. Sensing even more disturbance, Rohan thinks it is a Stand attack.
Josuke and Okuyasu spot a bunch of tiny Stands picking up coins on the street and chase them back to a kid named Shigechi. Josuke gets an idea.
Josuke, Okuyasu and Shigechi go to the bank to collect their lottery reward. The banker aims to prove it is not their ticket, so Josuke takes action.
Yukako sees an esthetician to get her face done with “Makeup to Encounter Love” to turn Koichi’s head. It works, but the effect only lasts 30 minutes.
Shigechi mistakenly takes the lunch bag of Yoshikage Kira, who pursues Shigechi to get it back before he discovers his vile secret hiding inside.
Shigechi manages to escape from Kira. Severely injured, he tries to reach Josuke to get healed and warn him of the threat that Kira poses.
Jotaro warns Koichi to be extra cautious and stops him from pursuing Kira. Koichi lets his guard down and the next moment the bomb Stand attacks him.
Kira the serial killer appears and Koichi is enraged. Kira is still furious about being humiliated in public and proceeds to beat Koichi to a pulp.
Josuke and Jotaro search the house that Kira once lived in. They find a boring man’s odd hobby. Then, a Polaroid camera on a desk takes their picture.
Yoshihiro Kira searches for Stand users who will help protect his son. Meanwhile, a boy asks Rohan, who is pursuing Kira, to play rock-paper-scissors.
Kira lives as Kosaku Kawajiri, but gets the urge to kill upon seeing his wife’s neck. Meanwhile, Josuke and Okuyasu find a strange man in a field.
Rohan suspects Josuke is cheating at dice and bets two million yen that he can figure out how. Josuke will lose a pinky if Rohan wins the next round.
Josuke is being chased by a Stand and will get caught if he goes below 60 kmph on his bike. He nabs a cellphone to call Koichi but isn’t safe yet!
Kawajiri goes into the basement to confront a cat with a hole in its throat, but finds it dead. The next day a strange plant grows on the cat’s grave.
Yoshihiro, certain Kosaku Kawajiri is his son, takes action to protect him from Jotaro. Josuke and Okuyasu find a man living on an electrical pylon.
An eccentric architect named Masazo Kinoto visits Rohan to inspect the fire-damaged house. Josuke and Kanedaichi battle on the pylon.
Rohan is in trouble after seeing Kinoto’s back. Meanwhile, a young man appears before Josuke and takes out a folded paper that is hiding something.
Rohan calls Koichi for help as he can’t expose his back, but Koichi doesn’t believe him. Risking showing his back, Rohan heads for Jotaro’s hotel.
Kosaku Kawajiri finally kills Hayato. Learning of Hayato, Rohan and the others go to check Kosaku Kawajiri’s house.
Hayato sees that anyone who learns about Yoshikage Kira through him gets blown away, after which the same morning repeats.
Kira aims to undo the third power, Bite The Dust, as Hayato blew up several people and returned to the same morning. But someone appears before Kira.
An air bomb passes through the walls into a house where Josuke and Hayato are hiding. The two don’t know how the bomb can see Josuke from outside.
Even cornered, Kira won’t give up. He puts Bites The Dust on a rescue worker and tries to blow away time by pressing his Stand Killer Queen’s switch.
Jolyne Cujoh is framed for a crime and sent to prison. When she touches a pendant she received from her father, a mysterious power begins to awaken.
Jolyne begins her life in prison, but her erratic cellmate causes a major problem when she uses Jolyne's pendant to awaken her own Stand ability.
Jolyne encounters a strange boy who warns her not to meet with a future visitor. The next day, her father Jotaro Kujo comes to see her.
Jotaro tells Jolyne that Johngalli A., a former minion of DIO, is behind the recent events. Before she can react, Johngalli A.'s stand attacks them.
Jotaro and Jolyne awake from the dream that the enemy Stand had shown them. After they escape the visitation room, a new enemy creeps toward them.
Jolyne decides to return to the prison to retrieve Jotaro's discs. An odd male prisoner appears before Ermes Costello, who has also awakened a Stand.
Hoping to locate Pale Snake's discs, Ermes and Jolyne join a search party for two missing inmates. During the search, Ermes notices something strange.
Ermes and Jolyne face off against the Stand that attacked the search party: F.F., a mass of plankton that has been granted intelligence by Pale Snake.
F.F. borrows the appearance of a dead inmate to be around Jolyne and Ermes. While they play catch one day, another inmate approaches them with a bet.
Jolyne must quickly evade security and hand Jotaro's Stand disc over to the Speedwagon Foundation. Emporio appears and leads her to a mysterious room.
Jolyne and Weather Forecast are attacked by a new enemy, Lang Rangler, whose Stand renders them weightless and creates a life-threatening vacuum.
Before she can reach the courtyard, Jolyne encounters Father Pucchi, who she begs to let her proceed. He agrees, but has sent another pursuer ahead.
Realizing she hasn't seen Ermes for a few days, a curious Jolyne looks into her past and discovers that she came to the prison for a certain purpose.
F.F. and Jolyne try to assist Ermes in her fight against Sports Maximum, but they struggle against his Stand's ability to control the dead.
In a bid to find the bone, Jolyne intentionally gets sent to the Ultra Security House Unit. Hoping to save her, F.F. turns to Anastasia for help.
The Stand Survivor sparks brawls throughout the Disciplinary Wing. While fighting off a prison guard, Jolyne realizes that he is also a Stand User.
A victorious Jolyne looks out over the remaining prisoners. An old man approaches her and reveals he is a Stand User who has been sent by Pale Snake.
Jolyne notices that F.F. is becoming dangerously dehydrated in the fight against Kenzou and pleads with Anastasia to step in and help, but he refuses.
After Jolyne and her companions catch up to the man who has the bone, they notice strange plant growths emerging from the nearby fallen prisoners.
In a boat piloted by the obedient YA-YA MA, Jolyne and Anastasia flee through the wetlands. However, YA-YA MA attacks them with an invisible ability.
After realizing the connection between Father Pucchi and Pale Snake, F.F. defeats D an' G. As YA-YA MA disintegrates, the egg it swallowed hatches.
Weather Forecast summons some rain, which saves F.F. from the brink of destruction. They reunite with Jolyne and Anastasia, but the group gets attacked.
Jolyne resolves to escape Green Dolphin Island and put a stop to Father Pucchi's ambitions. A prison guard brings her a message from Pale Snake.
Guided by the words on her hand, Jolyne fights her fading memories, evades the prison guards and reaches the hidden room — just as Mew Mew planned.
With just five days until the new moon, Father Pucchi heads north and tries to stay ahead of Jolyne, but he is held hostage outside a hospital.
Splitting up with Weather Forecast, Anastasia tries to recover his physical body after the enemy Stand Bohemian Ecstatic separates it from his soul.
As Jolyne and her companions head toward Cape Canaveral in Romeo's helicopter, they are struck by something that forces their eyelids to close.
Jolyne learns a shocking truth about Weather Forecast after her fight with Rikiel. She and Ermes enter the hospital and find a hole dug in the floor.
Trapped by Versus's Stand in the memory of the crashed plane, Jolyne leaps from the aircraft and launches an attack, but it fails to affect Versus.
With Weather Forecast's memories restored, his powerful ability Heavy Forecast triggers automatically, turning everyone affected by it into snails.
Father Pucchi is born alongside his twin brother, who is switched with an ill-fated baby. As a young adult, he meets a strange man called DIO.
Jolyne's group hurries to find Weather Forecast and stop his Stand. Meanwhile, Weather Forecast resolves to settle the score with Father Pucchi.
With Weather Forecast's Stand disc in hand, Jolyne and her allies head to Cape Canaveral in pursuit of Father Pucchi, whose body begins to change.
Jolyne struggles against Father Pucchi's new Stand See Moon, a combination of Pale Snake and The Green Baby, which can invert anything it touches.
Although See Moon has inverted Jolyne, Father Pucchi senses that she is still alive and pursues her in hopes of ending the Joestar bloodline for good.
After shafts of bright light shine from Father Pucchi, Jolyne and her companions awake to find that he is gone and gravity has returned to normal.
Father Pucchi's new Stand Maiden Heaven overwhelms Jolyne's group with its sheer speed. Anastasia acts as bait while Jotaro prepares to attack.
The unstoppable acceleration of time brings the universe full circle. Emporio awakes in Green Dolphin Street Prison, and humanity enters a new world.
